- Deadline: You have the right to regret the purchase and request a refund within 1 day from the date the product was collected.

- How to request: To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a message to (215) 399-8332 with your order number, full name, and your declaration of withdrawal. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return of the product.

- Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags and in the original packaging.

2. Defective Products

- Claim Period: If the product is defective, you can request a refund within 30 calendar days from the collection date.

- How to request: Send a message to (215) 399-8332 with your order number, full name, description of the defect, and photos of the product. Our team will review your request and, if the defect is proven, we will offer a refund, exchange, or repair of the product.

- Shipping Cost: If the defect is confirmed, Jogue Junto will cover the shipping costs for the return and the shipping of the new product, if applicable.

3. Refunds

- Refund Method: The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

- Refund Timeframe: After collecting and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund. The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method:

- Credit Card: The credit will be made on the next or subsequent invoice, depending on the invoice closing data.

- Bank Slip or Bank Transfer: The credit will be made to the bank account provided by the customer within 14 business days.

- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. 

4. Refund Conditions

- Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and in its original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for refund.

- Documentation: It is necessary to provide a purchase invoice (DANFE) to validate the refund.

5. Products Not Eligible for Refund

Some items are not eligible for refund, including but not limited to:

- Products on sale or clearance (except in case of defect)

- Gift cards

- Customized or made-to-order products
