CARE WITH ADDRESSING ORDERS

The store will arrange for the products to be shipped to the address you request. Therefore, to ensure delivery of your order is as smooth as possible, please be careful when entering the address you wish to receive your order.

ABSENT RECIPIENT

Please ensure there is someone at the address to receive your products. The Postal Service will make three delivery attempts. If no one is at the address to receive the package, the recipient will be taken to the nearest Post Office branch. In this case, the recipient will be required to pick up the package at the Post Office branch within 7 calendar days. If the recipient fails to pick up the package, the package will be returned to the Post Office, requiring payment of a new shipping fee for resending the product.

All details related to delivery efforts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in the event of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Post Office website, using the tracking code provided by the Store.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

The store is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete destination addresses for orders placed at the store. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund and will need to pay for new shipping to resend the product.

PROCESSING TIME

After your order is processed and payment is received in our system, the next steps are: picking, packing, and shipping. This process usually takes about 2 to 7 business days.

You will receive the tracking code in the email registered during the purchase within 7 business days after processing your order.

DELIVERY TIME

Our products are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks after shipment. Our delivery time is 2 to 7 business days.

However, adverse factors such as delays in release by the Federal Revenue Service, postal strikes, impossibility of delivery due to weather factors or risk areas, national holidays may increase the delivery time of the product by a few days.

However, the maximum warranty period is 60 business days.

SHIPPING METHODS

The product is shipped from our factory within 2 to 7 business days after purchase confirmation on our website.

If the address is not entered correctly, the product may be returned to the sender. Please pay close attention when entering the address. If an error occurs and the product cannot be delivered, it is the customer's responsibility.

The Post Office makes three delivery attempts. If they fail to complete the delivery, the product will be available for pickup at the nearest post office for up to 7 days. After this period, the product will be returned to the sender.

IMPORTANT NOTES

If you receive any extra charge for your order, we will be responsible for 50% of the fee, upon proof of payment by the customer.

Products are always delivered by Correios. However, in some cases, such as absent recipients, regions with delivery limitations, or addresses subject to such fees, please contact us within 48 hours informing the amount paid to Correios and attaching a copy of the tax document. We will get back to you with a refund.
