Replacement

If the product arrives defective, we'll cover return shipping and all shipping costs for the correct product. In this case, please contact us explaining the issue and sending us planned photos of the product, shipping labels, and shirt tags (the more details, the better) so we can analyze the issue.

If you request an exchange because the item doesn't fit or the color isn't to your liking, we'll exchange it, but you'll be responsible for shipping. Therefore, pay attention to the sizes indicated in the product description.

Note:

A) We do not accept exchanges for personalized shirts.

B) If the shirt label is removed, as we do not exchange items once the label has been broken. This is your warranty.

C) Exchanges will only be permitted within 7 days of collection of the product, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.

Return / Refund

If you've received the product and wish to return it: You can return it within 7 days of collection, and we'll cover all costs, including shipping. Refunds will be processed through the payment platform or by bank transfer, whichever is most convenient and appropriate for each situation.

Note:

A) Custom shirts can only be returned if they have a manufacturing defect.

B) In case of removal of the shirt label, as we do not issue refunds after the label has been broken

C) Returns will only be permitted within 7 days of collection of the product, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
